I live in Ontario and was faced with selling my brother's condo in Calgary after my brother passed away. He went above and beyond helping me. I needed a plumber to do some minor repairs and he not only recommended a reliable plumber but met him at the condo and let him in. He arranged for the Property Management Co to inspect the condo regarding water damage and coordinated with them to have the required work completed. He also arranged to have the lost mailbox key replaced. I would highly recommend Wayne Nelson to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home/condo.
