This guy is awesome. He always returns call and is a workaholic. He does a good job and is very organized. He must be good if he does Judicial sales and revenue properties. He knows the city as he has been a resident for 38 years. I highly recommend! Tim is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding Realtor I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He genuinely cares about his clients and his Career. He jumps all Hoops to get the sale. Tim sold my condo when I was told over and over again it wouldn't be possible. Tim is a go-getter and always very fast to respond to any questions, inquires, text or phone calls. Tim will always be my realtor!! . Than you for making my dreams come true Tim.
