This is now my 5th real estate transaction with Kelly. I couldn't be happier with her services and how she handled everything. Her professional services started before our condo was even listed. She came through and started helping us with what to fix up, what we should and should not bother with. And after listing it she kept in touch with us all the time. It was an incredibly tough market that she worked really hard to get us through. We were very well informed of everything that transpired. I always felt sorry when I talk to people and they had a real estate agent that listed the house and then you never saw or heard from them again.
