Our neighbours listed with the Duggan team, sold quickly and raved about the care & attention they received on their search for a new home. So when we were ready to sell our acreage we naturally listed with the Duggan team. While we werent as quick to sell as our (former) neighbours Karen provided valuable advice & we sold around average list days. Karens assistance in our search for a new home was invaluable (we had some very specific must haves). I purchased my first house while I was out of town working. Karen made it extremely easy and helped every step of the way. From full virtual walkthroughs to helping organize everything I would need, she helped every step of the way. She ensured any questions I had were answered very quickly and worked with my work schedule to accomodate me. She made the whole process from looking, to purchasing, to move in easy and fun.

Our search for our new home began with looking for a realtor amidst peak COVID winter months and from a distance since we lived in BC at the time. We needed someone who we could trust to be our eyes and ears and a good communicator. We also wanted someone who knew the Beaumont area well and could help us with selecting what would work best for us. Karen did a great job and checked all the boxes. It was great to know she lived in the area and knew a lot about Beaumont and her advice on various issues was appreciated.
