Monica came highly recommended by a friend. We wanted a realtor that we could communicate openly with and that we felt comfortable with. Felt that Monica was always working with our best interest in mind. Always communicated with us in a timely manner as to what was happening with sale and purchase. During the time between selling and purchasing, my husband was in hospital and then passed away. Monica was very kind and understanding. Went over and beyond what I believe other realtors would have during this difficult time. Helping me deal with bank and all the paperwork that was required.

Being a first home buyer Monica was able to answer any questions I had when it came to purchase a house. She was very informative about different incentives, which areas to look for, and all other things to consider when buying your first home. Monica made the buying process very easy and stress free.
