We met Dale at a property a few years ago at the beginning of a serious search for an island property. He graciously spent a day with us eventhough he knew we were not ready to buy. So when we were ready, Dale was the only agent we called! We were not able to travel to Hawaii when the right property became available so Dale jumped on it, gave us great negotiating advice, went in aggressively and we purchased the property of our dreams! Dale arranged an excellent inspector who found many issues with this "only seen by FaceTime" property and was able to negotiate with the buyer to have it all taken care of or scheduled/prepaid for by the time we closed. He kept us constantly informed and made this process as stress-free as possible.
