How did I get into real estate? I guess you could say I was born into the business. My grandfather was my hero and he owned real estate offices throughout the Ohio area. So, that’s what I did, I moved to Florida in 1997, became a licensed realtor and I haven’t looked back. I have been through markets shifts in the past, 9/11 and the mortgage short of 2008, so when the COVID 19 pandemic hit, I knew how to navigate the changes.
