I had been in contact with a few different Realtors and had some very specific. All the Realtors were given the same information and since our financing was already approved we just needed a few Realtors to keep their eyes open in the specific areas we were interested in moving too. Since we were living 3 hours away and were aware how quickly the houses in the area were selling, we knew we had to move quickly and be ready to make the drive as soon as a house that met our criteria was located. There was only one Realtor that really listened to exactly what we said we wanted and specifically the areas and communities we wanted go live! She was the only sent us specifically what we asked for in the areas we wanted! She is the best! We were able to focus on a few houses, made offers on 2 houses, and are currently living in Ocean View, De.
