Allison Stine never showed up, instead one of her team members Lisa Nemeth. Lisa was very nice but not very knowledgeable about the Lewes area. Plus limited knowledge of homes she did show us. One was a quick decision required by the seller, we passed and thank goodness an assessment was coming up edition the month 5 figures. My wife found all the other houses we looked at. We went with Beazer and should have just gone direct with the builder and saved the 17k commission gift Lisa received. Shame on us.
