And within 5 days of listing, we accepted an offer! In the middle of a pandemic! Her communication with the buyer's agent was fast & efficient. 2/18/2017 My husband and I were first time home buyers and Kato Group helped us every step of the way. Our escrow turned into a bit of headache (due to the seller), but with KG's support and determination they were able to keep us calm and informed. The communication throughout this process was key, and they kept in contact with us over every little detail without bombarding us with too much information.
