David is perhaps one of the hardest-working human beings I have ever met. He would show us a house at 10 o'clock at night so we don't miss the offer deadline. But most importantly, I can place my complete trust in David's judgment and integrity. I believe that he always has our best interest in mind. If he thinks a house is a bad choice, he will not shy away from telling us so. In fact, during our month-long search, there had been more than one occasion where David advised us to walk away from a house because of his knowledge about a certain neighborhood, or potential problems with a house.
