The Memorie Group is hands down the best real estate team in Williamsburg. My wife and I were moving here from Florida, and due to circumstances we could not control we were unable to come out here to see homes in person. This is where the Memorie Group went above and beyond for us. Their team actually did virtual tours of homes for us so we could take a walkthrough and see what these homes were like. We felt completely comfortable with them and knew that we could trust them to be our eyes while we were unable to be there. 5 Stars well earned. If you are looking at buying or selling a home, you absolutely must give them a call.

As a first time seller/buyer, I was dreading the whole process. But working with Ben and his mom made the process much easier that I anticipated. Ben hired a professional photographer, and he staged the house. The pictures turned out so well and looked great on the listing sites. When inspectors found things that needed repairing, Ben had great resources and had repairmen at the house quickly. There was no way that that I could have had the repairs made on my own! My buyer was very demanding , but Ben kept his cool (which I could not!) and through many negotiations, my house sold. I enjoyed working with Ben and getting to know him personally. I highly recommend him!!!
