Dawn Crocker

Ive recently gone through the very long, painful journey of downsizing; when it was time to list, I knew I wanted an agent that was familiar with my neighborhood. I selected 3 local agents to interview, and Dawn Crocker was hands down my choice. Her presentation was professional, thorough and she had a great track record of selling homes. Dawn was right there with the entire process and made sure that all the requirements and deadlines were met to ensure a flawless closing. Dawn is everything a great realtor should be. She was professional, friendly, approachable, had impeccable integrity, was tactful and patient, knows the business inside and out, was responsive, always responding quickly to my questions and any situation that came up, resourceful, and proactive with any and all requirements so that there were no hiccups in the process. I would never choose anyone else to represent me in a real estate transaction. They just dont come better than Dawn.

Having moved many times, I have had experience with many realtors across the country. To date, Dawn is hands down the best I have had the pleasure to work with. First and foremost, she is trustworthy and kind, a quintessentially nice person who you know will advocate for you from the minute you make contact. She is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, and she is immediately responsive to questions. In our case, she assisted us through a delicate process with ultimate professionalism. We couldn't be more pleased with her service, attitude, work ethic and quick results.

This is the second extraordinary experience we've had with Dawn. We had no idea that the second experience would exceed the first. Which won out of 6 other offers! I'm in the new home. She walked every step with me. First time solo buyer. She ensured that I had nothing to nervous about. Dawn's connections made life easier on moving the sale as fast as possible. She even made it affordable. I am so glad that I worked with Dawn. I will recommend her to everyone ! Awesome!

Dawn was such a WONDERFUL agent!! Im a shipyard worker who recently got divorced and had no idea how to find/buy a home. Dawn guided me through every step of the process and was incredibly graceful when teaching me all the things I needed to know.
