I just can't believe the previous reviews. My family and I have been dealing with Greg Garrett Realty for years. I have only ever worked with Greg Garrett directly and have nothing but positive experiences. Both from buying and renting out properties. He does his research on the comps and gives honest information. If you have an issue with a specific realtor, then in all fairness to the Garrett business, you should let them know.

Greg Garrett and his team provided exceptional service and expertise and we couldn't be happier in our new home. We are new to the area and Greg's lifelong knowledge of the local market area and waterway access was invaluable as he helped us find the perfect place. His team was wonderful as they guided us through the remainder of the home buying process. Greg Garrett Realty was always there for us and we will recommend them to colleagues, family and friends for years to come! :)

The team at Greg Garrett Realty is strong and they listen. I find that that if there are issues- reach out, Greg is hands on and has army of a team to make the right thing happen. I see the words from the property management side and can't speak towards that end. But I know Greg, I know his people, I've seen their training, and its good. Honesty and integrity are ingredients that they lead with so when something doesn't feel right, I reach out and communicate my point and its actually listened and then its resolved. I love their marketing outreach, their "go get it ness" and their reputation to get the sale conveyed. Try them out, you will be impressed. If something doesn't feel right, ask for Greg or his right hand
