Serving Salt Lake City metro area as well as the "Wasatch Front" of Northern Utah. Lifelong resident of Salt Lake County that enjoys Skiing and Motorcycling. Proud Dad and Grandpa , Veteran of the US Army Reserve. After beginning his Real Estate Career in 1977, Vann specialized in the Sales and Marketing of New homes and Condominiums. After completing training required to obtain his Brokers license, Vann opened Village, Realtors in Murray, Utah in 1980. As a franchisee of ERA Real Estate, Vann and wife Teresa operated in Murray and Park City, Utah. ERA Village, Realtors became a "Top 100" company out of more than 1500 offices in the ERA Franchise in 1993. Vann received the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1986. Received training in the Sale and Marketing of Business, Lodging & Resort Properties Utah Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee member 2020 Salt Lake board of Realtors "Realtor of the Year" Award 2009 Married 4 Children, 8 Grandchildren
