My wife, Phyllis, and I work together as Realtors for C Dan Joyner Realtors. We have 15 years experience, with the last 6 years being ranked in the Top 1/2% of All Agents Nationwide (Chairman's Circle Platinum). Phyllis has deep roots in Greenville; her grandfather was the Mayor of Greenville when this wonderful city started the rebirth which has led us to this beautiful and vibrant city. Norm's parents moved to Greenville from Scotland. Norm went on to earn a football scholarship at Furman University where he also played basketball for one year and ran track. After a great career at BellSouth, Norm started working with Real Estate. Phyllis has a marketing and radio sales back ground and joined Norm selling Real Estate 16 years ago.

Sandy is knowledgeable in both real estate and business. Sandy holds a BA from Clemson and a Master's Degree in Tax Accounting from the University of South Carolina. Prior to real estate, she worked as a financial analyst and staff accountant. With a background in accounting, Sandy is detail-oriented and loves working with numbers. The desire for more interaction with the public sparked her interest in real estate. In August of 2006, she began her real estate career. She loves that her job offers so much flexibility and allows her to help people with their biggest investment decisions. When not busy with work, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys running, cycling, and weight lifting. Her laid-back style is definitely one of her strong points.

Pam has been a lifelong resident of the upstate of South Carolina. The climate & relationships she has built with her clients in the state make it home to her. Pam had never considered real estate as a career option until all the clients she was working with while selling home interiors started selling their homes, & then she realized she could keep helping them even after making their home beautiful. She obtained her license in 1997 & began first working out of her home now she has her own private satellite office with Keller Williams Realty. She feels there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiating skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how she works.
