During the search for and purchase of my first home, David was incredibly patient and helpful. He explained the process from start to finish; pointed out any potential issues during visits (asbestos-covered pipes, roof conditions, where a builder may have taken short-cuts or something might not be up to code, etc. ), along with rough estimates of what it might take to remedy; and was available constantly throughout the process. Together, he, the lawyer, and the mortgage broker (both excellent and recommended by David) completed the closing quickly and painlessly.
