When you go to the title company to sign your paperwork, I will be with you unless you are not in town. In that event, a mobile signer will be sent to wherever you are. I am big on communication and never want my clients to stress. I have been in real estate full-time for over 32 years. If you are buying a home, before I even meet you, I will be sending you Arizona's Residential Purchase Contract to review and answer any and all questions that you may have. Knowledge is power and I never want my clients to sign a contract because I am telling them to.
