Always very prompt to answer any questions we had and went the extra mile for us in all aspects of the home buying process from filming neighborhoods for us (we lived in upstate NY and couldnt fly down to physically look at houses) to letting in a handyman after we had purchased the home because we had to be back in NY to pack up and move. She completely went above and beyond for us. She was the kindest, friendliest realtor and never tried to sell us something we didnt need or want.
