Lance's grandfather started his own brokerage in 1968, his father then took over in 1981. Lance briefly left the real estate industry to pursue his other passion of product development & LED lighting design. He traveled to Asia and worked with manufacturing partners and distributors to bring energy efficient lighting technology to the United States and other countries. In 2009, Lance & his wife Christie moved to North Dallas to find a better life for their family, with 2 young daughters to keep them busy!
