Joe Clancy is a true professional. My wife and I have worked with him on a few homes. His knowledge of the South Shore (Milton, Braintree, Hingham, Hanover, Weymouth, Abington) was more than we could have asked. If you are looking on the South Shore of Boston, you'll find pretty quickly that Joe knows not only all these towns well, but all the nuts and bolts of specific streets and neighborhoods. A true expert. Our interests were always the priority. His best quality is probably his ability to remove the emotion from a pretty emotional process. He played devil's advocate on a number of homes that "showed well", that we thought we liked, but in hindsight, we would have regretted buying. After about a year looking and 622 text message questions, Joe found us the perfect home in Milton. We couldn't recommend him higher.
