The best agent ever! She took care of everything. I was selling my fathers home and I live in another state. She arranged the cleaning out of the house (she did much of the work personally). She arranged for all the inspections and oil tank removal and she was there so I didnt have to travel. She even found a couple of people to do the heavy lifting and make minor repairs. She also hand delivered some forms to the attorney. Best part was the house closed in under 3 weeks from going on the market and more than the appraised price. She is simply AMAZING.
