But - being that it is a sellers market - Im so glad I didnt. You dont want to do that in this market because of the overwhelming responses due to low inventory. Jim and team handled all the showings and even had to take the listing down in under 48 hours having received 10+ offers already. They went through each one individually and I only had to hear about the best one given versus doing all of that reading and comparison myself, which is why it was FUN and not a headache trying to make sense of all the details on my own.
