I cannot praise Janet Anderson enough. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give here 100. My daughter bought with my support a condo while she was attending LSU for her doctors degree. Unable to sell the condo when she graduated, she rented it. Over the next several years we had two realtors who did nothing to sell the property. When we contracted with Janet, the property had declined dramatically, largely as a result of a water leak in the unit above. My daughter and I both now live in Tennessee; arranging repairs would be extremely difficult. Janet arranged for outside cosmetic repairs, for new flooring to replace the carpet, for replacement of windows, for new HVAC, and for additional clean-up and spruce-up. Each job required a different contractor. And she did all this at very reasonable cost. My daughter and I are incredibly grateful to Janet for her support which was well beyond our expectations. Without this support the property would never have sold.
