We recently purchased a home Gary had listed. Gary and the seller insisted the home was cleared, and at closing there were multiple cars and junk piles throughout. I would not recommend buying a home from him unless you have a clean out crew. The amount of trashed left on our property for 350k + sale is unreal. We've hauled multiple dumpster off in less than 2 weeks. We offered full asking price and we're not picky about the home inspection. The treatment of this agent and seller at closing was unfathomable.
