We were in the middle of a geographic move, and knew we would need to completely hand over the project of prepping the house to someone else. We are very particular - probably control freaks - so we needed to feel comfortable with the person managing the project to allow us to be hands off and concentrate on what we needed to be doing - not seeing the details of a house. Over the course of two initial conversations, we built that trust and let Linda run free with it. Expecting compromises, we were thrilled when we saw what they had done with the place, and commented to ourselves that "we wished we could have lived in that house!"
