Ami and her staff were great and we're always available to show us houses. I worked with two realtors prior to finding Ami that could never show us anything at times that were convenient for me. Kerri Payne helped me list my house and sell it. Since day one, she was extremely friendly and helpful; she visited my house, showed me very detailed information about the area and what would be the best price to sell the house. She also offered the service of an interior designer to help us organize the house to make it more attractive to potential sellers. She arranged for a professional photographer to take pictures of the house and once we were ready she listed the house. The process of showings was extremely smooth, very clear and with lots of anticipation so we could have the house ready at any moment. Communication after the showings was fantastic, and I am extremely please that my house was sold in 4 days. Inspections, surveys and all the repairs were clearly communicated to me, she was on top of the process at every moment.
