On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Larry Barasch an 11. No Im not an easy marker. Larry exceeded all our expectations, he did a complete and unbiased review of our house both good and not so good. Then he gave us his research and his recommendation on a selling price. Larry, my wife and I met and were so impressed with his knowledge of the area and his honesty so we agreed on the selling price he proposed. As we live out of state we wanted to close asap while still getting as high a price as possible. We also worried that if the price were too high - it might take a long time for a buyer to commit. It turned out that we got a buyer fairly quickly at the price Larry suggested and as it happens there were unforeseen problems with the house that we had to fix including a leaking oil burner, now replaced, and a bees nest that had to be removed. Larry went above and beyond! I commend Larry for his timely communication and his responsiveness. We were very pleased with the outcome!
