I was born and raised in Newnan, Georgia and am a 1973 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA degree and a Major in Real Estate. I have been in real estate full time in Newnan since starting in 1973. I served as the Principal Broker for Lindsey's, Inc. since 1978 until 2019. I am currently an Associate Broker with Lindsey's, Inc. I have exceeded $1,000,000 in real estate sales every year since 1973. I have twice served as President of the local Board of Realtors and am a former Regional Vice President of the Georgia Association of Realtors. I was awarded the Phoenix Award from the local Board of Realtors in 1999 and the Crystal Phoenix award in 2010. I obtained the Graduate Realtors Institute designation in 1974.

I decided to get my real estate license in 2005 because I wanted to learn more about property investing, foreclosures, auctions and how to finance these purchases. I started purchasing distressed properties that same year. Other investors and home buyers saw what I was doing and asked me to help them buy homes.
