Promoted to upper level management and oversaw the operations of multiple store locations, management of 30-40 employees and commercial real estate development of new store locations. 2006- Current: began real estate career in commercial real estate then transitioned to a focus on residential real estate sales. Over the past 10 years, I have received my ABR, SRES, SFR, and SRS designations, and achieved broker status, all while being a top producer and providing the highest level of service possible to my clients. In 2017, I opened Styer Real Estate because I wanted to create a community of like-minded, full-time, educated, down-to-earth Realtors who operate with honesty and integrity and genuinely care about their clients experiences and goals. I dont set sales goals for myself but instead set customer satisfaction goals with a focus on reducing stress and increasing laughs. I am passionate about real estate and am a strong supporter of local farmers and small businesses, and a fundraising chairperson for the Owen J. Roberts Education Foundation. I am a devoted wife to my husband, Shawn, and a doting dog-mom to my bulldogs, Butter and Grits, who can often be found playing (or sleeping) at the office.
