My wife and I looked for our "Perfect Home" for years! Since we are in our early 40's late 30's and still have small children, we wanted to attend the Fox Chapel school district. We rented in FC for years spending over $7k per month because our first realtor couldn't find us the right home. We lost over $500k renting that home for years while trying to find the right home. We might Sharon and she had us in our "Dream Home" within 6 months and helped tremendously with the negotiations with the builder since it was a spec home. We feel she helped us get a great fair deal and have been more than happy with not only the home but the neighborhood and the area ever since. We have stayed in touch and remain friends to this day.
