About
I've spent the last ten years selling real estate in Pittsburgh, and I still love the moment a client gets the keys!
My path here wasn't a straight line. Before real estate I worked in accounting, marketing, and nonprofit fundraising, and all of it turned out to be useful. I read contracts closely, I explain numbers in plain English, and I know how to market a home to the people most likely to buy it.
Today I'm a licensed broker with designations in buyer representation (ABR) and seller representation (SRS). Knowing the paperwork cold means fewer surprises for you and fewer deals falling apart late.
What matters most to me is that you understand what's happening at every step. No pressure, no jargon, no disappearing between showings. Whether you're buying your first home or selling one you've lived in for thirty years, you'll get straight answers and steady communication.
