Brad was always available to answer our questions and to show us different properties. He was great about know about the surrounding even though we were looking all over the place

Brad is very pleasant to be around and if very knowledgeable about the area and homes that are for sale. If I had a question or concern, I could text and within minutes (if that) I would get a response. Brad isn't just out to sell houses - he wants to make sure it's the right house for the buyer so they will be happy in the long run. Brad knows what he's doing and he is extremely sharp. He got us my dream house and I will forever be thankful. There is often alot of stress that goes along with buying a house but he has an innate way of adding humor at just the right times to put you at ease. He is fantastic and you will be very pleased with his services!

Brad recognized the unique requirements I had when buying a home, and was able to find me potential homes that matched my requirements. It did not take long before Brad found exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the entire process, brad was very active in my home buying. Being my first home, Brad was able to walk me through the process in a polite and professional manner that made the process easy and not stressful. Brad is very quick to respond, and is always willing to assist day or night. Even after I moved into the house, there was a few problems (unrelated to Brad) that needed sorting out. Brad still assisted me, even after the sale, by getting me in contact with the selling agent. Overall, brad is a 10/10. He is an awesome guy, and a great realtor. I would recommend him to anyone!

Brad treated our transactions as if they were his own. He is very grounded and provides realistic options for the best possible outcome. I never had to questions whose best interest was paramount to him. His responsiveness was absolutely impressive, and without his knowledge of local listings and procedures, we would have never found our dream home where were now living! Our previous home had multiple offers over our asking price in less than a week, and Brad helped walk us through doing some repairs to make sure the deal went off without a hitch. We ended up closing early with more equity than we ever thought possible. Theres no way we would ever use anybody but Brad and Jen Conners for any real estate transaction.
