I would recommend Lisa and her Team for EVERY house I hypothetically had! But with the one I did have her sell, I can tell you that she had gone above and beyond! From the moment we met for her to get a sense of the type of home she was getting into right up until the day it sold; she was such a HUGE help! Lisa had first come by Late October(2021) to go over what she thought would help sell the house faster, and her advise was mainly paint, clean and get your stuff out so she could make it 1000x better! She recommended a fantastic painter, who for a fair price painted practically the entire interior, fixed walls, moldings etc. She knew I was moving my mother out of there and to a different Province! And with knowing that she was incredibly patient, offered great services and numbers to call to try to help ease my organization, and clutter removal!
