I had the pleasure to work with Shen Walji when purchasing my first property. His knowledge of the area and the market in general was impressive. Even when I kept changing where to buy, he stayed with me, advising me with patience not pressure. Shen Walji s a true professional at what he does.. We were in the difficult position of selling our home during the COVID 19 epidemic and Ontarios shutdown period & on top of this had a problem tenant that was in arrears long before the COVID 18 and was refusing to pay or leave. Shen was wonderful & respectful throughout. , he knew when to hustle & sold the house in one day. And he knew when, due to the situation, to wait and allow the process to flow at its natural & respectful pace. Shen is someone who grasps the bigger picture but also takes great care of the little important details of real estate. Shen Walji was very responsive and helpful with creating a plan to sell my condo. It was well thought out and the marketing materials looked fantastic! We interviewed a few agents but Shen immediately impressed us with his knowledge and market research. We had some challenges outside of our control but Shen was still able to sell our condo $7k above asking price. He did an excellent job with negotiations, keeping me informed and providing advice when needed. I highly recommend Shen!
