Samantha was referred to us through another agent in Kingston to assist us with selling our home in Orillia. She was quick to reach out and offer assistance which was greatly appreciated. We met at our home and very thoroughly went through all the paperwork with us and explained things well. She was very knowledgeable on the current market in our area and we agreed at listing price. Based on her photographers beautiful photos of our home she created a very professional flyer for buyers when they viewed the home. We really enjoyed working with Samantha through the whole process.
