Since February 2005, real estate has been my full-time career and with that comes a wealth of knowledge to help you maximize the selling price of your home.. I stay current with the local market to know how best to price your property to get the most money in the least amount of time. If repairs or updates are needed, I have an excellent referral network that saves my clients time and money. I also personally own rental properties and know the landlord tenant act. This allows me to advise my clients on investment properties from personal knowledge. I have also familiarized myself with probate and trust laws so if you are needing to sell a property as part of an estate, I can help guide you. Finally, I believe communication is key. I have a full time assistant and so between the two of us we will make sure you have an amazing customer service experience so you feel comfortable recommending us to your friends and family.

I did not have the best of credit and she recommended that I take the first time home buyer class in order to assist me in finding and learning all about the purchase process.
