I was an independent broker for 18 years, building my brand from a sole practitioner to broker-owner of a market leading brand with 3 offices and nearly 100 agents. In 2023 I merged with Howard Hanna Rand Realty, which allowed me to remain with a family -owned independent brand and have more resources to focus on taking care of my clients. I was MLS President in 2014 and remain active with the local association, 9 years on Zillow's Agent Advisory Board, and I write regularly for industry publications. The most important thing to me is a happy and satisfied clientele, and I have over 400 5 Star ratings on Zillow. I produce a significant amount of consumer educating content on my blog and Youtube channel.
