Stephanie Morgan

Stephanie Morgan is Associate Broker and Founder of Perfect Place. Prior to founding Perfect Place, Stephanie was the founder and Broker of Record for JRS Morgan Realty LLC, a locally owned and operated boutique firm that assisted hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors over twenty years, and facilitated more than 200 million dollars in transactions. Stephanie's personal service and expert market knowledge have allowed her to build a loyal base of clients who trust her for exemplary representation throughout their real estate transactions, and have made her a consistent Top 100 Agent in the Western New York. Stephanie is a certified home stager, a graduate of Buffalo State University, sits on the Town of Aurora Zoning Board of Appeals, and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2002. She founded JRS Morgan Realty in 2006, and subsequently founded Perfect Place in 2025 to build on the legacy of her prior firm.
