Expanded to the rest of the southeast all the way to Florida and sold and helped investors purchase properties.

As founder of SZ, INC. Shane Zapata having a mechanical and electrical background, started at first helping people to build and renovate commercial and residential properties as this came easy to him. With this knowledge, real estate investing became the next obvious step in his evolution in the world of real estate. Educating people from all backgrounds on buying then renovating for investment all types of properties since, in 2003 this became Shane Zapata Real Estate and it grew providing exceptional services from Long Island and all NYC to the beautiful upstate New York's Hudson Valley. The evolution continued when in 2011-13 with the renovations of multiple housing projects in South Carolina, Shane Zapata Real Estate became SZ, INC. The expansion of SZ, INC., became the rest of the south east including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida as well. So now the adventure continues...
