She was extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the home buying process and helped us first time home buyers to navigate typical pitfalls in our buying process. We were able to find the perfect home because of Mary's expert guidance in the offer and selection processes. She also has good ties with a great home inspector and other relevant resources that were useful for us during our process. She was always early to all of our showings so that she could do a preliminary look at the property so that she could be knowledgeable about the property before we showed up. She would provide quick feedback to the listing agents and find out answers to any questions on the properties we looked at.
