My husband and I could not have been more happy with our interaction with Jen DeBough. She held our hands through every step of the process of selling our house, as well as purchasing our new home. Her attention to detail is one of her strongest suits. Jen gave us great advice regarding a few simple updates to our home that helped to sell it in a record amount of time. She attended every meeting with us for thepurchase of our new home. From walking through the model to our 5 hour long design appointment to signing our escrow papers. She definitely let us know she cared about the outcome of our experience. We could not be more grateful to Jen for the truly pleasant experience we had transitioning to our new home.

Without Jen we would have struggled so much in this rough market. From day one Jen was responsive, detailed, genuine and so knowledgable about the area. She was quick to learn about who we are as a family and what our needs were in regards to lifestyle, location and timing. Being out of state buyers, us having a reliable, caring, local partner to view properties day of listing, negotiate on our behalf and attend inspections was imperative to getting into a home on time. Jen was with us at every step in the process and we are so thankful for her guidance! Jen genuinely cared about finding us a home where we would be happy. The market has been wild but Jen kept us steady and moving forward. Jen was clear with where our expectations should be but we also felt like she was emotionally invested in us finding our first home. The relationship was a good balance of business, guidance and friendship.

Jen worked very hard to find us our home and was very communicative. We completed the transaction from another state and Jen took care of everything - she got us video walk-throughs, set up all the inspections and documents, and answered all our questions. She checked in with us a lot to make sure everything was on track for closing. I would highly recommend Jen, especially to those who are moving from out of state and cannot be in the area during the house hunt.

I have worked with Jen (2) times on properties. She is meticulous in all aspects of a buy and sale. I strongly recommend her. Her performance during the pandemic made it seem to me like there wasn't even a pandemic going on. Thank you Jen!
