I highly recommend Carla Steuck when looking for a Realtor. As this was our first time as potential homeowners, we had no previous knowledge of house hunting or which Realtor to choose. Carla is the best agent you are ever going to have. Period. Carla helped us buy and sell in a fast moving, highly competitive market. She has an impressive attention to detail, she is very thorough with her work, she is very responsive, and she cares about what you want. She never pushed us on any of the properties that we visited with her, but always provided a very knowledgeable opinion when we solicited it. She helped us find the house that was just right for our family.

When I was first told about Carla, my initial reaction was,too good to be true. She quickly proved that she isnt just good, but amazing. Her market analysis was spot on. She told us upfront what we had to do to our house to get it ready for market. We had a very bad experience with our previous listing agent and were very skeptical of the whole process. However, we trusted Carla and did what she said. We received an offer after 3 days on the market. We got 97% of asking. Carla was with us every step of the way. She even came over and helped us clean out rooms and stage the house. Plain and simple, she is fantastic!
