Daniel Rallo was highly recommended by a north Jersey realtor. At first, Daniel had his concerns about listing a house in Millville in the $400K range, as his specialty was the shore area. However, after seeing pictures of and visiting our waterfront home, he was impressed and agreed to list it, recommending a list price of $399K. The house/property photos (along with drone footage) taken along with the MLS listing description were excellent. The house was listed during mid fall. There were several showings during the fall/early winter of 2019. A couple of offers were received. The initial offer was accepted and the house was under contract within 2 months of listing. (keep in mind it was fall/winter time, weather was dreary, and trees/yard were dormant, not the best time to sell a house) The couple who ultimately bought the house attended two of the showings. Daniel immediately responded to all calls and texts and was available to address any and all of our concerns.

Dan went above & beyond to help us find the perfect house, and made sure our needs were met throughout the entire process. Because of Covid-19 there were unique hurdles encountered with a potential buyer who eventually reneged on the deal. Daniel worked and got another buyer and the deal was completed.
