Holleay Parcker

We purchased our home in the Carolina Club in 2006, and decided to sell recently. My niece contacted Holleay Parcker of Spinnaker Realty and she graciously agreed to list it. I returned to the United Kingdom, and Holleay had the reins. She marketed our home beautifully, was persistent in her efforts, and kept us informed about every showing. I found Holleay to be a constant communicator, and I talked to her over the phone from the United Kingdom several times in addition to emailing back and forth. As it turns out, Holleay was the agent to bring the buyer to our house! Holleay was there every step of the way in making sure the things that needed to be done to move the sale forward were accomplished. My niece was correct when she told me that she had found the right agent to assist with our sale. She told me that Holleay was a real go getter, and she was right!
