Amy provided excellent customer care from the introductory meeting through closing. We were selling our late father’s home and none of the family is local to Charlotte. She made the experience as easy as possible for us to minimize disruptions to our lives. She listened to my families needs and expectations, demonstrated excellent knowledge of the area, provided helpful reminders and updates throughout the process.
