Benita Kay

I truly cannot recommend Benita enough and feel as though I can't accurately put into words how amazing she is! My husband and I were more than impressed with her services. We have lived in IL all our lives and recently moved to NC, after having never been before, due to my husband being relocated with his job. We completely underestimated the difficulty of finding a new home in a place we're not familiar with at all, let alone in this current market. It was a wild ride to say the least, but Benita made everything SO MUCH BETTER! I cannot emphasize that enough. She was patient with us, she eased our minds, talked us through everything, went to bat for us, traveled all sorts of distances on short notice to make sure we got to see a house fresh on the market, and was there for us every single step of the way while showing nothing but kindness. I could write a novel about all of the things she helped us with.

We lived in GA throughout the whole process of buying our home up till closing. Benita was so amazing with finding us a house that fit our needs AND wants in this crazy housing market (even with me being a little picky ) she found us a home in the area we wanted with amazing schools. She answered all of our hundreds of questions and face timed us when she was showing us houses since we werent able to come up. She is very professional and super friendly and I couldnt imagine working with anyone else but her! Thank you again Benita!
