Gary was wonderful! We hired him to sell our house in Bloomington. He took away so much stress in the whole process, was very responsive, and stayed on top of everything. Even provided tips for moving, and a reminder to get our new house homesteaded. Gary was fun to work with, charged us fairly, and we would recommend him to anyone. I only wish we could have hired him for buying our new house, but we moved almost 4 hours away.

Gary and Terri helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. They helped point out things about houses that we didnt even notice ensuring that we didnt settle for something less than perfect for our needs. They were extremely responsive and ready at the drop of a hat to meet us at houses we were interested in. They went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. We would not be in the house we are today if it werent for their knowledge of the housing market. They won us the house against multiple offers by just $1,000. I never understood why people said a realtor can win or lose a house for you, until I met this power couple. Thank you guys for helping us to find our perfect home.
