Hi, I’m Jacob Davis, Director of Corporate Services & Relocation for HRC Realty Group, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Professionals and Century 21 Professionals. I lead our relocation and referral division, supporting a top-performing network that generates over $200M annually and serves clients moving into, out of, and across Michigan. Our footprint includes 23 offices and 800+ agents throughout Metro Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Flint, the Thumb, and Mid-Michigan, giving us one of the broadest coverage areas in the state. My role is to match each client with the right local expert, manage national relocation and referral partnerships, and oversee every step of the process to ensure a smooth, professional experience. With a background in real estate sales, property management, and real estate technology, I focus on communication, responsiveness, and making every referral feel seamless.
