Ben guided us through the process of selling our house and buying a new one. Everything went smoothly. He recommended minor improvements to our house that eventually helped us get a full price offer. He has a wide network of professionals to recommend to help with fixing up either your house before the sale, or for the newly purchased property. These professionals do quality work at fair prices. He responded quickly to our requests to view houses. He provided sound advice during both the negotiations to sell our house and purchase a new one.

When we first began thinking about buying our first home I was nervous because I knew nothing about Real Estate and all the details that went into the process of buying a house. But with Ben as our Realtor, I did not worry through the process because he was so knowledgeable and I was confident he was seeing that all the details were taken care of.
